Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea - Sunday 6th March
A terrific afternoon in the clubhouse. All tickets sold and the room well filled. Thanks to all who attended, raising more than £430 for club funds and thanks especially to Chantal Smith for the idea, Adele Smith for the cakes - she can fair bake; she should be on the telly - and for the tea, table cloths and crockery and to Pete Smith for all his hard work in the kitchen. Finally, thanks to all who donated prizes for the raffle and to Jenni Martin for running the raffle so well. A fine afternoon’s entertainment.
